The Lebanese Ministry of Information launched a conception of the mechanism and criteria for the “Beirut Humanitarian Award” coinciding with the first anniversary of the tragedy of the Beirut Port explosion, based on the letter of the Minister of Information in the caretaker government, Dr. Manal Abdel Samad Najd, No. 219/ dated 26/5/2021 Registered in the Registry of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States under No. 440 dated 5/27/2021, and the decision of the 51st session of the Council of Arab Information Ministers on 06/16/2021.
