By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Nowleb.com is a digital media platform providing editorial, entertainment and informational content across entertainment, food, sports, events, music, art and fashion.

4. User Accounts
Some features of the Services may require you to create an account.
You agree to:

- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account; and
- Notify us promptly at contact@nowleb.com if you suspect unauthorized access or use.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all text, images, logos, graphics, videos, audio, layout and design on the Website (the "Nowleb Content") are owned by or licensed to Nowleb and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

- You have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the User Content; and
- The User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, and does not violate any law or these Terms.
We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove User Content at our discretion. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, User Content.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable;
- Promote violence, illegal activities or self-harm;

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you have paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nowleb and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents and affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Services;
- Your breach of these Terms; or
- Your violation of any rights of any other person or entity.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that the courts of Beirut, Lebanon shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, subject to any mandatory legal protections available to you as a consumer under applicable law.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nowleb regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings.
