Jabal Amel Crisis Cell: We are working to secure oxygen bottles

The Crisis Management Cell in the Union of Municipalities of Jabal Amel convened today to discuss the developments of the Coronavirus outbreak, where it was agreed to “work in cooperation with the municipalities to secure blood oxygen measuring devices and oxygen bottles to help those infected and to contract with a doctor at the Union level to follow up on their conditions; in addition to securing places of hospitalization and increasing capacities of all hospitals in the region with regards to intensive care beds for Corona patients.”

The Crisis Cell also recommended that the municipalities “communicate with the security forces to conduct patrols, with the municipal police to monitor and control procedures.”
