Judicial decree obliges Lebanese State to hand over two ventilators to Corona patients from the donation kept at Beirut’s Sports City

Judge of Urgent Matters in Nabatiyeh, Ahmad Mezher, issued an expedited decree on Saturday, obliging the Lebanese State’s Ministry of Public Health to hand over two ventilators to two patients in dire medical need, from the donation of ventilators currently kept at the Beirut’s Sports City, under penalty of a compulsory fine of 20 million Lebanese pounds for each day of delay.

This decree comes in wake of a summons submitted by the attorney representing the civil activists group, “People Want to Reform the System,” on behalf of both patients.
