On the first anniversary of the tragic Beirut Port explosion, the Ministry of Public Health published Wednesday two lists in remembrance of the fallen martyrs, the first outlining the names of the martyrs and the second showing the names of the nurse victims, with a special tribute gesture to the port victim, Sahar Fares, who was a member of the volunteer team of the Epidemiological Surveillance Program, as her colleagues wrote testimonies about her strong devotion and valuable commitment to her work.
The Ministry also issued its daily report on the COVID-19 pandemic in black and white, in mourning of the martyrs whose lives and blood were shed in the terrible blast that shook the city on the fourth of last August.
Meanwhile, at the COVID situation, the MoPH’s report indicated that 1,532 new Corona cases and 4 deaths have been registered during the past 24 hours.
