Caretaker Minister of Health, Hamad Hassan, announced after the meeting of the Ministerial Committee for Coronavirus, that “the criteria for assessing the epidemiological reality are still worrying in light of the registration of deaths in elderly homes. Today, the death rate in Lebanon reached a record number of 98.”
He pointed out that “the plan of the National Committee for corona Vaccine has been approved,” stressing that all initiatives to secure the vaccine will be seen in a positive light.
Hassan also noted that “the plan is progressing in government hospitals, and there will be 60 additional beds by next week.”
